You must be at least 18 years of age to register on Rishta Studio. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to marry in your jurisdiction and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Members must provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles. Providing false information, fake photos, or misrepresenting yourself is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.
Membership fees must be paid via bank transfer before account activation. Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment verification. Membership is non-transferable.
Rishta Studio provides a curated matchmaking service. We do not guarantee a match, proposal, or marriage. The number and quality of matches depends on your plan and profile completeness.
All member information is kept confidential. Members must not share other members' information, photos, or contact details obtained through Rishta Studio without explicit consent.
Members must conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Islamic values throughout the matchmaking process. Harassment, inappropriate communication, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.
Rishta Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, providing false information, or conduct deemed inappropriate by our team.
Rishta Studio acts as an intermediary to facilitate introductions. We are not liable for any outcomes, agreements, or disagreements between members or their families. Members engage with each other at their own discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or arbitration.
