All membership fees paid to Rishta Studio are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated and matchmaking services have commenced. This policy exists because our team invests significant time and resources in profile review, curation, and matchmaking from the moment of activation.
A refund may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances: (a) Payment was made but account was never activated within 5 business days for no stated reason, (b) You registered in error within 24 hours and no profile work has commenced, (c) Rishta Studio is unable to provide any matches during the entire membership period.
No refund will be issued if: You voluntarily cancel your membership after activation; You are suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions; Matches were provided but did not result in a proposal or marriage; You change your mind after account activation; Profile information was found to be false or misleading.
To request a refund, contact our admin team via WhatsApp or email within the eligible window. Include your registered name, email, payment proof, and reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days. If approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original account and may take an additional 3-5 working days to reflect.
In exceptional cases at our discretion, a partial refund may be offered representing unused service time. This is assessed case by case.
All refund queries must go through our official contact channels. We do not process refunds through third parties.
